The beginning of the journey started around 2011 with a Nikon D3100 that belonged to my sister, shoots of sneakers and my first directing gig shooting friends in 8th grade. After graduating, I further developed my eye - inspired by the aesthetics of street culture, cars, and 90’s nostalgia.
I gravitate towards low angles and natural emotion to portray the dominance of my subjects. My eye gave birth to the idea of starting 1kMoments. We all have moments, whether a special occasion, a new journey, a new feeling - we want to capture it and make them immortal. That’s the power we have as mortals. I enjoy the reactions from my clients when they see the work we created together.
So in a nutshell, 1kMoments is any moment, any situation, at any time in any given space being captured to relive forever and ever.
There are THOUSANDS of moments a person has in their lifetime; they deserve to be framed.
